These 100% pure cacao tablets are intensely rich, bitter, and completely sugar free. This bitter chocolate is an excellent starting point for your sugar free desserts.
Place a saucepan with water over medium heat until it gently steams. Set a heatproof bowl on top.
Add cacao butter to the bowl. Stir gently but often until fully melted.
Sift cacao powder into melted butter. Stir thoroughly until fully combined.
Transfer mixture into silicone molds of your choice. Smooth surface with spatula.
Unmold carefully and enjoy, or transfer to airtight container for storage.
Store in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks. Keep them chilled to maintain texture. Room temperature storage is not recommended for untempered chocolate.
